Rebuilding Trust

Trust is a fundamental ingredient for a healthy, harmonious and effective work environment. Periods of significant change, such as that recently experienced at the University, may lead to the perception that trust has been broken. Regaining trust can prove challenging.

If you work in a leadership capacity and have an interest in rebuilding trust in your work environment, Health Promotion and WorkLife Services invites you to attend a half-day workshop. Participants will explore the day-to-day ways in which trust is broken, steps that can be taken to revive it, and trust-building behaviours.
