Change can be challenging because we are forced to let go of the familiar and face an uncertain future. Depending on how you deal with change, you may view this as a new opportunity or a major source of stress. HPaWS invites you to attend this two-hour workshop at which participants will examine the change process, identify signs that they are having trouble coping with change, and receive an overview of the coping mechanisms and practical resources that are available to them. To learn more and to register please click here.

Many of us feel overwhelmed by competing work and family demands. Health Promotion and WorkLife Services invites you to attend this two-hour workshop designed to help participants identify their key work-life stressors, clarify their values, and develop skills and strategies to effectively prioritize their time and energy. Learn what work-life harmony is and is not; determine whether your work-life is integrated or not; and develop personal strategies to enhance work-life harmony. To learn more and to register please click here.
