12 Weeks to Weight Loss and Wellness is a comprehensive and balanced approach to weight loss with a focus on why and how you eat and how you live your life. This program forms a great foundation to launch a personal wellness initiative. The next session begins on November 2, 2016 with a registration deadline of October 18th.
