The University of Alberta's Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider, Homewood Health, is testing their LiveChat tool.
All U of A faculty, staff, managers and key personnel have access to the LiveChat tool. For the duration of the testing period, LiveChat has been optimized for English language only. LiveChat allows Homeweb users to get help with a single mouse click. All you need is an account on Homeweb and an internet connection. Here’s how to get started:
1. Log in to Homeweb (www.homeweb.ca)
2. Look for the blue ‘Need Help’ button on the bottom right. This button is on every Homeweb page, so you can reach out quickly.
3. Select ‘Live Chat’
4. Start Chatting!
Homewood selected the U of A to help them collect feedback. They will use the next few weeks to evaluate the tool and see how it best serves the institution.
