Fast Track

Fast Track is a 6-week, condensed version of the 12 Weeks to Wellness program that has been offered on campus for years. 

Fast Track is a weight loss program with a holistic mind, body and spirit approach versus just a body-centered, calories in/calories out approach. View the Fast Track flyer for more information and the agreement form.

To register, send your completed agreement form to The registration deadline is April 18, 2018. Minimum enrolment must be met for class to run.
