Fast Track

Fast Track is a 6-week, condensed version of the 12 Weeks to Wellness program that has been offered on campus for years. 

Fast Track is a weight loss program with a holistic mind, body and spirit approach versus just a body-centered, calories in/calories out approach. View the Fast Track flyer for more information and the agreement form.

To register, send your completed agreement form to org.health@ualberta.ca. The registration deadline is April 18, 2018. Minimum enrolment must be met for class to run.
